La Tremenda Blanco 2021
‘Coupage’ made with an Atlantic and a Mediterranean variety. At the end of the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the two wines are blended together and left in contact with their fine lees until bottling.
The Sauvignon Blanc variety provides citric notes, white flowers of medium intensity. The Merseguera variety is quite rare in Spain, with more than 70% of the production concentrated in the Valencian Community. Merseguera brings a lot of freshness, nerve and excellent acidity. It has a very interesting saline touch and the Mediterranean is highlighted with notes such as thyme. It is a variety highly resistant to water stress.
