A fruity and spicy red wine, made using hand-harvested grapes. The grapes that give rise to this organic and vegan wine come from vineyards where we work according to the criteria of organic agriculture, in a balanced, respectful and sustainable way.
Appearance: Cherry red with a bright reddish rim, good depth, and a thick slightly tinted tear.
Nose: Good intensity, with aromas of fresh and ripe red fruit, marked toasted notes from barrel aging, fine spices with hints of sweet paprika and red peppercorn, subtle sensations of candied cherry, menthol, wild herbs, and wet stone.
Palate: Powerful entry with a gentle astringency, well-rounded and fresh acidity, flavorful red fruit, very spicy, balsamic, with a liqueur-like sensation that coats the toasted notes. Pleasant tannins, fresh and persistent.
