White wine fermented in French oak barrels followed by ageing on lees with batonage for 6 months. With a harvest characterised by drought and relevant rainfall in spring, the result was a long ripening period that produced grapes of the highest quality.
Appearance: Bright golden colour.
Nose: The nose offers notes of ripe fruit, pineapple, mango, white peach, honey, as well as hints of vanilla and spices from its time in oak barrels.
Palate: The palate is tasty, balanced with very good acidity. Intense finish.
