A unique red wine made from the Mediterranean's most renowned grape variety, Monastrell, which reflects the character of our mountains, our climate, and our sun. Its name refers to "The Xarco lands in January", where it is said that it rained so much between September and October that the land remained flooded until January.
Appearance: A deep-bodied wine. Ruby red with garnet highlights.
Nose: Fresh on the nose, with aromas of red fruits and hints of scrubland, rockrose, lavender, and rosemary. Finally, spicy aromas of toasted bread and coffee emerge.
Palate: Freshness and balance are prominent on the palate. It has sweet, gentle tannins. The aftertaste is medium and harmonious, returning to the memory of red fruits and spices.
