History and tradition define a wine made exclusively with organic grapes from the oldest vines of the Monastrell variety. For this special wine, we selected dry-farmed vineyards over 45 years old.
Appearance: deep ruby with a violet meniscus.
Nose: aromas of ripe fruit, plums, cherries, and mineral notes with a spicy vanilla background.
Palate: highlighted by smoothness and balance, velvety, savory tannins. Remarkable fruity persistence. A surprising wine, capable of evoking the most deeply rooted nuances of the Pinoso region on the palate.
