Diapiro Tinto Roble presents the fusion of old Monastrell vineyards located on the slopes of Mount Cabeçó de la Sal, combined with the fresh fruit of Tempranillo and the concentration of Merlot from our region, creating a perfectly balanced wine that conveys a multitude of sensations.
Appearance: Dark cherry background with a deep red rim.
Nose: Intense and complex. Ripe fruit with fresh red notes, finely balanced by the wood. Subtle aromatic herbs, fennel, and eucalyptus. Elegant aromas of chocolate and roasted coffee.
Palate: Full and pleasant on entry. Fine, silky tannins. It leaves hints of creamy toast, ripe fruit, and balsamic nuances. A sensation of fullness and freshness.
