Juan Gil Etiqueta Azul Cuvée À is a specially selected wine that has undergone a mixed ageing process in French oak barrels and terracotta clay amphorae, resulting in a wine full of nuances and elegance.
Appearance: Deep cherry colour with violet reflections.
Nose: On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits such as blackberry, plum and black cherry stand out, with spicy hints of black pepper and dried herbs.
Palate: On the palate, it is structured with firm and well-integrated tannins, balanced acidity and a long finish that evokes ripe fruits, with a remarkable complexity thanks to the ageing. The barrel ageing adds notes of vanilla and cocoa, while the terracotta earthenware amphora gives a soft minerality with earthy hints.
