Juan Gil Etiqueta Azul is a wine made mainly with grapes from very old vineyards of Monastrell, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Syrah planted at an altitude of 700 metres above sea level. Appearance: Cherry colour with garnet rim
Nose: Powerful aroma of black fruits, roasted and balsamic notes.
Palate: Complex and well-structured, unctuous and ripe, pleasant on the palate and very persistent, with roasted, cocoa and spicy notes. Balanced and harmonious, tasty and with a long, elegant finish marked by the ‘sweetness’ of noble tannins of very ripe fruit that show their potential in the bottle.
